The ticket pricing feels extremely short-sighted. If there's a short AND long term need for dollars (say, 7 million of them), then how about playing both the short AND long game. Like others have already said, restructure the ticket prices for the upper bowl. Sell more tickets (more money now) and hopefully create a bigger base to bring in the dollars long-term.
