Future league format

Since it looks like the current system is broken and the broke ones are the non power conferences. I propose to set up a minor league system much like the MLB. Each power conference school would be able to have a triple A a double A and a single A team from which they could bring a player up or down depending on the needs of the parent team. We could align ourselves with KU if for no other reason that there are a fair amount of KU fans in Wichita and they may actually like to see a player playing for the WSU Little Hawks before he gets the call to play in the Majors. This started as a humorous exercise based upon what seems to be an apathetic view of how important our athletic programs are to not only WSU but to the City of Wichita. However, we ( The Alumni, Administration, and the City) let this happen to the football program because of what seems to be from todays view point a very small debt incurred each year by a football program that felt the same apathy that now faces the entire athletic department at WSU. This needs to be solved by those groups and show some leadership where there seems to be none. I hope ten years from now I can look back on this moment with pride that everyone came together and created something truly amazing for WSU and the City of Wichita. Go Shocks

I'd like to see NIL money capped per team like pro teams have roster caps. No more than 250K per team. Also a ten or twelve scholarship limit. This would create more parity. I'd also limit transfers to one only. All seem reasonable to me.

Doubt it'll be as low as 250K, but I do know there have been power conferences (or teams in them) that have talked about the need for some sort of cap and/or other regulation.

The problem with that is it makes sense for pay to play money, but legit NIL opportunities being limited could create all sorts of legal issues.
