Gators have a bunch of players that need to be punched in the mouth.

I've got a dollar for the next time a Florida player or coach thinks they committed a foul or that a call against them was a good call.



I don't know what kind of mental block a person must have to think that "we're on the right track" to compete at any level with top 50 type teams. We are miles away from that, not only this season, but in the foreseeable future as well.


The level of unpreparedness for this game today is absolutely stunning. The lack of fight, or want, was also disappointing. Thank you, sir Gator, may I have another?

THIS ... We either need massively better talent to run what the coach wants to run.. or he needs to figure out a new game plan to match the players he has. It will look passable vs >Top100 teams, but anyone in the Top 100 is going to cause us problems ... Top 50 ... going to really expose us

Call the airport and warm up the plane. This **** is over.
Hoping they have something left in their legs to come out and kind of make it less embarrassing in 2nd half.
Need to use 2nd half to get Pipkin and others some PT. Cuz nobody else has anything left in the tank.

Use the 20 minutes as education time cuz the outcome is not in doubt.
Did not have good feeling after watching UF blow Wake off the floor yesterday. UF has some dudes and a lot of them.
Now if they can just keep the coach out of the court room, they got a real chance to make some noise in March.

I’m extremely worried about the future of this program. Honestly, we *should* be competitive with how crazed of a fan base we used to have. NIL should have us thriving. But instead people are bitching about Marshall still and forgetting about the program, refusing to attend and withdrawing monetary support.

Love the heights that Marshall took us to. But I fear the depths that the whole messy fallout will keep us in.

I pay close attention to the program, and it takes a great degree of effort to do so (staying up til 5am, donate what I can, etc). But I gotta be honest - I can’t keep doing that if we’re not making the tourney and being competitive.

That's what happens when you take low percentage shots. Outside of Matej .. i'm not sure who else took a high percentage 2 pter that half

Gators are really good defensively. And if you give them nothing to deal with besides playground ball, they're even better. And, painfully obviously, they're much bigger, longer and more athletic than we are. Unless we knock somebody in the mouth or fire up 30 footers, we aren't getting open shots against this team. Or if we're holding back on some really good offensively plays that we're going to surprise them with after halftime.

We're playing a MUCH better team, in every way, short handed in a way you can't play shorthanded (size wise) and in addition, the one guy that could possible create for you sat out the last 10 minutes of the half.

Frankly, I am stunned it's not much, much worse.


At this point, I'll gladly settle for a team that comes out and runs an offense and hustles back on D and fights for loose balls and loses by less than 40. Because that's where this is going, otherwise.

Rebounding is bad. Q and MB have 2 each. Chinyelu has 8 all by himself. Cortes and Hill made one 2 pointer each. Thats it.

Outrebounded by TWELVE. In a HALF. I ****ing promise you UNI isn't getting outrebounded by Florida by 12 in a freaking half. That's effort and coaching.

They committed 4 fouls. Certainly not an ideal whistle for us. Run someone over. I mean HARD. Get hurt or give hurt. Kick someone in the nuts going up. Fight. Obviously I'm not condoning fighting, but we're not physical enough. Error in the other direction until you figure it out or stay on the bench. Show some fight guys!

I would too .. but if we haven't installed a real offense in 2 years .. i dont' think its going to happen at halftime.
