While in Atlanta for Thanksgiving, I knew (from Shockernet) that we had beaten Iowa and won the Cancun Tournament. But in scanning the the Atlanta Journal Constituition (their major newspaper), to my surprise, they listed two other schools, who were not even in the tournament, playing in the championship game. They did get the third and fourth teams correct.
Then upon returning home, our error prone Daytona News Journal, under the Men's BB Scoreboard, had our Guys, losing to George Madison under the Southwest listings? And of course this was our Lady Shocks.
Wonder how many times this happens around the country? TOO MANY!
