I don't cringe, but I'd rather see Pipkin

Any injury updates on QB and RD3?

          Without even seeing him play?
Surely the coaches have evaluated players and know who works best for the team.

I agree more than disagree with that statement. His A/TO ratio has never been that good and most likely it's more TOs than assists. Since his shooting does not make up for it, less PT for him and more for others (particularly our "future" guards) would make sense,

I've seen BC play and I'm not sure how he makes the team better.

If Pipkin is worse than he's not the future.

I'll counter with the example set by my football team. (Longhorns- let the slams begin). Half of the fans want Manning to start and play more, the other half accept Ewers who has proven to know the system better and manage the offense better. But there is no doubt that Manning is the future.
So I believe that both can be true. BC may be better now while Pipkin is learning and may be a great one in the future.

Problem with that is BC hasn't shown that he can manage the offense better and has way too high a turnover rate for a PG. If Ewers was throwing three or four picks a game I doubt people would still want him leading the team because he knows the system. BC isn't really adding any positive value right now.

Comparing what Texas should do or not do in football and what WSU should do or not do in basketball are lightyears apart. For one thing, Texas is not in a "building for the future" mode..............ever. BC is not our future, Pipkin is.

It wasn't too long ago we sat through an almost entire season watching Joe Pleasant start over RCIV. There's reasons for scepticism (granted we're talking about different coaches).

Cortes is almost a token starter. He opens the game, but doesn't actually play many minutes. And MAYBE one of the nine guys getting minutes will return next season.

Maybe??? Aren't most of our current players 4th or 5th year seniors? Like 8 or 9? No question that next year is a rebuild and more of a reason Pipkin should be seeing more time.

I haven’t used it but they have that trolley system that runs up and down Main Street from near Crowne at Pershing to 14th street which is the Power and Light stop.

not sure how late it runs.
