Without crunching the numbers, it looks like the average point spread on the wins is greater than the losses.

I would love to know how many losses we've had by greater than 10 points over the last few years. It can't be many.

Can you go ahead and move the UConn loss up to the "Wins" column? You can replace that line item with "Referee" in the "Losses" column. I will forever have a big asterisk next to that match.

Very nice @ABC:. Look what happens when you remove his first two years when the cupboard was VERY bare. Only one less win, but FIVE less losses. When he builds 'em, he builds 'em good.

2 in the last 2+ seasons. 48 wins by double digits in the same period.

I think during Gregg's 5+ seasons as a head coach, the total number is 12, but don't quote me on that. I counted it once a long while ago.

It kind of goes to what I've been saying for awhile.....WSU has (mostly) a large advantage over the MVC. All the teams could be, on average, 10 points better against WSU then they've been for 2 years, and they'll still lose.

What I take from this is that in 5+ seasons, Gregg Marshall has lost only 1 game on a BCS home court. That has to be some kind of record. Seriously.

Of course, there's only been one game as a visitor on a BCS court. This year at TN will just be the second.

It would be nice to have two non-tournament BCS games a year. That doesn't seem to me to be unrealistic.

@ LSU and @ Virginia Tech were wins.

LSU was a "neutral" court game in Bossier City.

Do you remember why HCGM came to WSU? He said that he would never get a good NCAA tourney seed at Winthrop. Last year, WSU was a five seed.

Don't worry too much about it. Just do all you can do and let the rough end drag.
