Yes, basketball is a game of fundamentals and execution. But within that, there are instincts. Poor decision making is largely a result of poor instincts, which are very difficult to coach if the proverbial light doesn't come on.

It feels like this iteration of the Shockers doesn't generally possess great instincts, outside of a few in certain aspects of the game.
