NCAA will get around to a ruling whenever the hell they feel like it. Most likely they will tell us not to play him until they rule on it, which will occur around December/January and they will say he only has this year to play. Eff em

Play him. If the NCAA rules he is ineligible, sue them. Play like the big boys.

They’ve already said Utah QB Cam Rising can have an EIGHTH season next year.

              Play him.

Because we have no NCAA athletics expertise on our General Counsel. I have posted about this ad nauseum. So instead of having an attorney work with the NCAA our compliance department probably just fills out a form with bubble-gum flavored crayons and sends it on its merry way, then checks in on it every couple of weeks. At best we use outside counsel who doesn't give two turds what the result is or appreciate the drop in recurring(!) revenue we reap because of the continued losses we have been taking right up the poop-shoot for decades.

KU's Deputy Athletic Director of Compliance is also a Senior Associate on their General Counsel. Chew on that a bit.

President Muma, I BEG you to please beef up our General Counsel with at least one member with someone with a strong track record in successfully and quickly resolving NCAA compliance concerns for marquee programs at top tier schools.

Play him and tell the NCAA to sit and spin.

Someone needs to pose this question on the coach's show. Why not play him?

I'm sure Mills would say he owes it to the other players to try to win as many games as possible to help them achieve the goal of playing in March. Making a decision that could likely result in forfeiting games would not help that cause.

I was just shouting into the void. Imagine my surprise when a real and reasonable answer came back. Spooky.

Listed as "Honorable Mention" here, looks like he's not the only international player waiting on clearance.

This class of international players is expected to be the most talented to enter men's college basketball -- and these 10 will have the most impact.
