Good of the league?? This league looks cooked. The American, since my yesterday post of NCAA conference rankings, has already dropped from 10th to 11th being past by CUSA (who moved into 9th). If Rice loses to Texas St., which it looks like they will, may be enough to drop us behind the MVC.

Yep. WSU in the worst of positions. Will never get poached and can only watch as the conference gets weaker. The travel would be worse, but I would take the A10 over this version of the American.

The thing is, teams in all strong conferences will get poached until those teams have enough money to fend off the scum-sucking, no-good, underhanded, shady-dealing, double-crossing, grease-slicked, money-grubbing, blood-sucking, deal-sneaking, fast-talking, over-promising, ethics-dodging, rule-bending, player-pilfering agents. So we're just gonna take turns each year with a couple of other conferences being the top dog that gets pilfered the most.
