  • Scoring in the Tulsa game improved after the intermission - at least for Little Rock. In the second half Little rock outscored Tulsa 51 - 32 for a 71 - 57 W for Little rock. A lot of Tulsa's scoring was done in garbage time when the game was already decided.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

          • FAU beats Oklahoma State 86-78. Should be a Q2 victory. They play Drake next in Charleston after the Bulldogs upset Miami (FL).

In a loss against a UTEP team whose only other wins were against non-D1 teams and lost by 30 to Utah Valley.

KP wanted to play somewhere he could be the man his senior year. Good for him. That wasn't going to be here.

                • Yep. KP didn’t even want to try here. So why are we still discussing him? Do we really think he’d change this team for the better?

We had a decent roster to start the year, but it is unfortunate that we’re already injury plagued. Maybe could’ve seen it coming, but then, with these things (and the capacity of our NIL), it’s hard to know.

Only one person is discussing him. Same person that has weirdly brought him every other post for the last 3 years.

                      • I get it. This is my last post re KP. My focus was not intended to be on him but on OUR lack of interest in him which I believe was the reason he transferred. Same was true for AM who I avidly supported a couple years. We lost two pretty darn good centers as a result and in my opinion some much needed W's. This year it could be the difference in dancing or not. Bottom line is we can't afford to blow off valuable players regardless of their position.

In a game they lost to UTEP. Sounds like he has found a level he can be successful in.

Can’t believe what happened with those kids. The fan base was so behind them and so desperate to win. One of the biggest what-ifs in WSU history is if that group stays together under HCGM.
I was there and I can tell you what I saw was a whole lot of dribbling and not attacking the basket and then chucking up a three ball with time running out. Not to mention the asshat student section trying to goad the players and WSU fans by obscenity and flipping everyone off any time you looked. It was a nice look by a bunch of private school wannabe's

There is no way KP could have been treated well enough to stick around for 10 - 15 minutes a game in his Sr year. Playing QB at the 5 and KP at the 4 was tried with dismal results.

At the time QB was recruited, it wasn't seen as recruiting over KP. Then QB developed and blossomed and KP didn't progress as quickly. QB became the better player. KP transferred to a lower-level program where he could be "the guy". That was a good move for him.
