I'm not concerned about dwill, but fred and chadrack need to get better asap. These guys are gonna find themselves further down the rotation simply due to lack of court time. Ayone know about the severitybof their problems?

As well as injuries, academic achievement should be important. I hope everyone is going to class, working hard and doing well. I always admired Gene for requiring baseball players to be good (enough) students and letting them know (in strong terms) if they were reported to be slacking off.

Without "going there", it is a little different when baseball players are on partial scholarships. Gregg Marshall has done beyond an admirable job in keeping school work near or at the front of his job and I commend him for that every time we speak. He holds those kids accountable.
