North Texas gets the win. They were up double digits until the last couple of minutes.

North Texas is better than their record. Injuries and some close losses made them look worse than they are.

And the #1 AAC team is just barely beating the #12 Big12 team who is without their #3 scorer.

USF gets the win. Game got pretty heated. The fans of those schools really dislike each other.

It was a hoot watching the mental giant McCaffery outsmart Tang last night...

For anybody who may have thought the MVC should have had 2 bids and that InSt should have been dancing...

                          ,,,SMU - 59, InSt 48 with 16 minutes left.

InSt has never led. That #1 seed in the NIT doesn't appear deserved so far in that game.
The future's so bright - I gotta wear shades.
We like to cut down nets and get sized for championship rings.

That didn't age well. In St switched to a zone and SMU had no answer. Meanwhle at the other end InSU was consistently hittng shots from 2' or less. SMU ha no D against driving to the basket.

                            7:55 left

                            ImSU - 76
                            SMU - 75

SMU wasn't going to win in a shootout against a team as efficient as ISU is on the offensive end. They were fortunate to hit a lot of 3's early.
