There's a lot of guys that played for us at the lowest of lows that would start for this team.

OK, but I see no evidence of any changes being made to try to correct those issues. If you need to coach fundamentals, do it. Running the same guys out there game after game and watching them do the same dumb things isn't coaching in my opinion.

Makes me sick.

Facebook memories showed me the clip of Wessel ripping the ball out of an Illinois State's players hands, passing to Fred who started the fastbreak for an oop to a young McDuffie on senior day. Sold out arena. Mueller had to chase the ref down to call a timeout because the crowd was too loud. Makes me sad.
Wichita is at its best when the Shockers are good. Going to Wichita State was the best decision I ever made. Got my life back on track. Met some professors that genuinely cared and were invested in their students. The basketball team was symbolic of the city. Blue collar, worked harder than everyone else to make something out of themselves. Overlooked, given nothing, everything earned. I've since moved from Wichita, but I'm proud of being a Shocker because of what it means to be from Wichita State/Wichita. It's just so hard to sit and watch the program, that made the city buzz, brought some spotlight on the people of the city, just go down the drain like it has.
