Wasn't sure if I should put this in around the AAC or here but feels like Men's Basketball will be the most impacted

Little torn on this .. feels like he's done a pretty good job, those I think the CUSA 6 was a bit of a scramble. Either way, probably not the best timing to be replacing a commissioner. With the rumored ACC implosion, you could see more alignment

The AAC has a major hire coming up and they better choose wisely. Aresco received a lot of crap over the years but I think he's done a pretty damn good job and has been a strong voice for the conference. I kind of hope he has some level of input into who they look into as I'm sure with his connections he probably knows a few strong options.

Aresco always made me feel like things would be ok even losing Houston and Cincinnati with his connections to espn. Hope they have someone in mind to deal with the constant change of conference alignment.

The next commissioner better be all about pushing schools to start focusing on raising athletic endowments. That should ultimately be a requirement for adding new schools to the conference as well.
