Did any of you catch the Eagle's Shocker Report after the ISU game? Gal has been playing with pain in his back. That really put his performance in perspective for me.

No kidding Royal. Combine that with the comment about PJ playing hurt and you really have a tough time believing we can compete at all.

The 1 kid we couldn't afford to lose (Matt) we lost.

The next one we absolutely can't afford to lose, is playing through pain, PJ.

The next one we would almost have to forfeit if he can't go (Gal) is playing 32+ minutes a game in pain.


That these kids are competing and even coming close to winning games is a real credit to the entire team and staff.

A few games back, Gal was simply not very good. His confidence, his improvement has been pretty close to remarkable. One other point is that Coach basically said in the paper (without actually saying so) that Wendell is our #4 point guard. For a kid that cannot shoot a lick, that does not speak well of his future here.

Coach did say that though. It was on the pre game or on the coaches show I forget which one. Either way he did say Wendell is #4 on the depth chart
