TH EO is Huge, but after watching the new NCAA approved practice/drill sesson with all coaches providing individual help yesterday; it was painfully evident that he still can not catch a pass that isn't a softball. Jans and company worked with him for an hour on his ability to catch unexpected passes and make a turn and dunk. It was his first drill sesson of the year BUT HE STILL A LOND WAYS TO GO. The drills really provided an opportunity to see difference between the upperclass men and newcomers. Wiggens was the only one who could handle the most the new drills. Early was a little disapointing but it is Early.

As much crap that comes from this board, there's also a lot of good information that is never covered by our local sports writers. Sometimes i think they read this for sports story ideas.

The passing was very nice but what set it all up was the thievery by Tekele.

Those last two short clips really got me excited. Crafty ball movement and then the long range from the parking meter by Baker. That guy is gonna go off like a gd fire cracker.

When EO and Carl locked up, I thought it was about to go down.

A lot of missed shots in video 2 I believe it was. Including an air ball by Wiggins I think. Not the most encouraging video.

                        1. EO was not ready for the pass off the pick and roll.
                        2. The extra pass never goes out of styple
                        3. I think we have plenty of zone busters, Captain Baker in charge.
                        4. I think EO deliberately gave up on the ball wrestle with Carl Hall. EO probably did not want to have a confrontation with a teammate. Hostility does not come easily to EO.

                          1. And he may never be...at least not in my lifetime.
                          2. Yes, have some.
                          3. Si, bueno.
                          4. Those 2 get along just fine. I think that was more play than not, and yes.

Here's a little perspective for your concern. This pickup game is happening after hours of lifting and organized practice. That any of them have the touch to make a jump spot is impressive.

I am not going to get overly concerned...or overly excited due to anything that happens during summer pickup games. They are what they are. However, I enjoy watching it just to fill the void until the real thing begins in a few months.
