Cotton's shot looks good, and if he can shoot, he plays a ton. He and Armstead are men amongst boys. And I mean MEN. Man I think we're going to be dynamite defensively this season.

Interesting practices...

The real issue is how HCGM brings this talent, albeit inexperienced at this level, together.

Practices will be an all out MMA competition.


Keep in mind with this level of athleticism comes some egos.

Nobody in this stable of 'Breds is used to sitting on the pine watching someone else take their floor time.

However there is only 200 minutes available each game.


How HGCM defines and then assigns roles for each player will be very interesting to watch.

It will definitely require some diplomatic balm and finesse (as well as I'm the boss and here's the deal!).


I think some business scheduling in the area may be in order for me, say about late October.

Right about Halloween would be a good time to stop by and check out the festivities.

I swear EO looks like he has packed on 20#+. Also, he is pretty buffed up.

The future of Shocker basketball? Imagine as stated on here before, Baker and FVV as Seniors, starting in the backcourt as Shockers after playing together that long? Yikes!!! Mr. Wiggins can really shoot the rock with range and score. He is explosive. As usual, Mr. Cotton plays above the rim and D's it up. Yes, Mr. Wessel is working on his outside shot. Whereabouts

The answer to where Ufile, Hawkins & Henry U are is available if the sports writers covering Shocker men's basketball can get around to asking the WSU coaches about it. They told me at the scrimmage last night, but I think the answer should come from the sports writers instead of me. Let me say that I am encouraged by the answer!
