Rice fell off a bit towards the end of the year. They were in the 150 range for awhile.

One would expect Tulsa to improve (they can't get much worse). SMU you'd like to think will get better but it's tough to tell. ECU has some pieces to work with if they can stay together. USF is a wildcard with a coaching vacancy. Temple seemed to show some signs of life late but were inconsistent. Not sure what to think about them. Wichita obviously has a job opening so is a wildcard. Tulane should continue to improve and Memphis will be in the same boat they're usually in.

FAU should return almost everyone. I believe the same is true for North Texas and UAB. I think Charlotte, Rice and UTSA were all better than I expected coming into the year, but still have work to do. Rice has a good recruiting class and seemed to be pretty competitive this year in most of their games.
