We've got the website for a year - not sure what to do with it now that main goal #1 is accomplished. Open to all suggestions.

I'd just leave it as is because

• since no one is saying why DB was fired, there's always the chance the site had something to do with it. It'd be good to keep the site as is vs changing anything, and that way someone can't come along later on and make false claims about what was on the site.
• DB may not be the only issue and the site would send out a message of here's what happened the last time fans were taken for granted. There's always the chance the site and what it did may come in handy to correct other problems.
• local media has mentioned the site and linked to it, and the billboard image with it's url will always be around.
• people who donated via the gofundme page did so with a idea of what their money was going to be used for and the site was part of it. They may not approve if the site and their money is used for something else.

Instead of redoing the site (maybe change the merchandise part), I'd say just start up a different site with a different domain if you want to do something else. Anyone who wants to be a part of that site can donate money to support it's cost. You could always put a banner or link on the original site to the new site to help drive traffic to the new site.

- New Sports Programs
- Public Transparency (which as started getting better)
- Tracking the new AD candidates (if they are leaked/released)
- NIL tracking and trafficking to collectives

Just the firing of butthead, didn't save shocker sports. It was a nice step but that is all.
keep the domain, add links for folks to contribute to some nil collectives, WSU structural improvements, etc.
Also links for open records with area with comments to each link.
And a page to note progress and thanks to contributes.

These aren't bad ideas. I think inposted on Twitter the day after the firing that it doesn't end there and we shouldn't just become content. There are things that still need to be done and accountability moving forward is a big deal.

We can add something about the need for upgraded weight room facilities. Increased capacity at Wilkins Stadium. Following the AD search. Anything else that pops up.

It started with making a change at AD. It doesn't just end there.

The new AD will definitely be facing a monumental challenge.. Shocker sports really went off the rails not long after the move to the American. Everything that didn’t get done since 2017 by Boatright needs to get done as wsu adjusts to the new landscape of college sports. All while basketball and baseball aren’t achieving. We are all happy now that we are getting a new AD. But I have a feeling we might be looking 5 years to right the ship.

One thing to consider with the site is to make a copy of the Fire Boatright page so that you have a copy of how it looked and put a line on top of the page that Boatright was fired in case someone stumbles across the page via a search. Remove any links to the copy and then redo the original page with a new page url and a new heading, maybe something like 'Items of Concern' instead of 'Boatright's Negligence', and tweak some of the paragraphs. I think all of the things on the page could still be considered valid, but since Boatright isn't there anymore, remove his name from the areas. Change the #FireBoatright part on the home page to something like:

While other D1 programs in Kansas have had NIL collectives for some time, WSU has fallen behind in just supporting one. In addition, athletic facilities and support have fallen behind compared to other members of the American Athletic Conference.

and change the FireBoatright links to Items of Concern or whatever you want to use on the redone page. You could also add a new section to the home page and site called Support Shocker Sports and on it's page have paragraphs on ways people could support WSU athletics. You could use the blog area to provide updates on things and give people a reason to come back to the site to see if the blog has anything new.
