Jamar Samuels of K-State suspended due to $200 wire transfer from AAU Coach on Monday.

Jeff ******* of CBSSports.com confirmed the news, with Malone telling him that it was a $200 money transfer on Monday.

"If I wanted to hide it, I would have done it differently," Malone said. "He needed money to eat."

IMO, "needed money to eat" is the worst excuse possible. KSU left on Tuesday to head to Pittsburgh and the athletes can eat as much as they want for free while on the trip.

Yup, the entire tournament is void. KU has been declared a 30 point loser to Detroit and we automatically advance due to Shaka Smart being mean to 3G and not shaking his hand for more than 2 seconds. I have declared it so.

Well VCU didn't win. If any other team had beaten us I would have been pulling for the Hoosiers. But as it is, I didn't mind VCU in the sweet 16. Besides, the last time we made the sweet 16 I had a daughter born in December.
