If I'm remembering correctly...it seems as though when Freddy made those comments about the weight room...he seemed to be suggesting that he was considering spearheading a group of donors (including himself) to get it done. Obviously he's got a lot on his plate but perhaps it's still on the docket.

Nick Jones is a Film Analyst, Player Development Director, and he can do Strength and Conditioning too. Just set up the film room, and weight room inside the practice gym, and he can go from one to the other. There are 24 hours in a day.

As Director of Player Development, Jones is tasked with a wide range of responsibilities tied to the overall student-athlete experience, including the coordination of practice schedules, training table and community service activities. He also assists the coaching staff with video scouting reports and strategy.

Jones has played an important behind-the-scenes role, helping the WSU coaches analyze and evaluate the team's practices and games and scout upcoming opponents through video and statistical breakdowns.
