Porter was the star of the game according to MK. He didn't shoot well and had too many turnovers but he still was our best player. This was a sad game.I won't tolerate rude behaviorComment

Perfect example of why this team is so bad. TE with the ball on a
2-1 fast break. The defender sells out on TE leaving MU wide open
for a dunk but TE goes for the contested highlight real dunk instead
of the easy dish and TE misses. That is just selfish basketball and it
sets a horrible tone for the rest of the team. Add that to his jacking up
deep threes early in the game. Bad tone. Coaches watch and allow it.Comment

Seriously though, does anyone remember those Bradley teams WSU used to beat the brakes off of 5 or 7 years ago? Those teams showed more heart than the Shocks showed today. Since HCIB chose not to come out and speak about the game, he asked me to share a few words.
WSU just met the hottest team in the league and just couldn't make some easy shot in the first half. But the coaching staff made some adjustments at halftime and the team battled Memphis to almost a tie in the second half. I give props to our players for never quitting and battling their hearts out against this very talented and well-coached program. This speaks to the future of WSU basketball.Comment
