why is our best clock offense is TE holding the ball and taking a guarded 30 footer...just bad....getting outrebounded and going through scoring droughts, just don't see enough improvement from game to game to show me any hope...

Impressed with Jenkins effort so far.
Shocker fan for life after witnessing my first game in person, the 80-74 win over the #12 Creighton Bluejays at the Kansas Coliseum.

Was I dreaming or was Mo camping out in the corner and received a pass late in the shot clock?

The thing I don't understand is that if our best play is a guard getting a high ball screen and taking a long 3, why do anything else during the game?

Having no play that involves more than 2 players is getting damn old.

Even Adams says our offense blows cause there’s no movement and no ball movement. Seems like IB could see that and go into practice and say ok guys it’s not working so let’s do something different. From now on we are always going to move our bodies and also move the ball and it’s my job to provide the pattern of movement for you which I will do. Ladies and Gentlemen Rocket Science!

Anyone else feel like the 34-30 lead is just a bit disappointing? Shocks shot the ball well hitting 14-29 (48.3%) including a better than average 6-14 from three (42.9%). I guess you don't expenct USF to hit 4-7 threes.

I thought the starters were pretty good. But the guys off the bench were not. The five starters had an average +/- of +8.1. The 5 players who came off the bench had an average of -4.4.

The lineup with all 5 bench players killed all the momentum. I believe the same thing happened in the k state game

IB: Alright guys, forget the playbook. Let’s see how the dawg offense goes.

Can we still be disappointed at this point. Is there an expectation they are not meeting still?

The team seems to be running better offense the last few games, with the exception of some excruciating lulls, but when they game is on the line or at the end of a half, they just don’t trust it…. And revert back to what we all know is coming.

Why don’t they run 20 seconds of offense and then revert to that with seven to go if they can’t generate a better look? It is ALWAYS there.

Put some damned pressure on the other team’s defense. We don’t even give the defense a chance to mess up in those critical situations.

Tyson with his jump aside defense has burnt us so many times
