  • March 1, If you had to choose...

On March 1, 2022 will the road victory at Oklahoma State outweigh the "home" loss against Kansas State? So if you had to choose ONE of those to win today, Dec. 6, what would you choose?

Note: The date chosen was not Selection Sunday.

The home loss is worse but right now I just don't see this team dancing. Talent and
athleticism is there but the offense is a complete mess. Can't even execute a
    fast break with favorable numbers.

OSU win will hopefully be a Q1 win but it won’t be a GOOD Q1 win. Meanwhile, KSU likely will be a Q3 loss, and I detest Q3-4 losses. Plus, I just hate that we lost to this delta bravo fanbase.

I’d switch the two outcomes and sleep very well at night

Come March if we're hanging our hat on either game (hypothetically) then we're on thin ice. Both are lower half B12 teams.

Why do we have to choose?

That's a different poll question or topic...which already exists.

Right now its a Q1 win vs a Q2 loss .. Sign me up for having the Q1 Road win as being more important.

If KSU or OSU implodes .. then it might change.

Not only that they don't seem to have the capacity to recognize when they have the numbers/advantage and when they don't.

The big question at this point is not which one of those options would be better. The question is will it even be relevant come March 1.

Note that March 1 isn't Selection Sunday. It's just a day close to the end of the season. Essentially, the question is from a power rankings standpoint, will the OSU win provide more power than a "home" loss to KSU?

For everyone else, good wins mean more than bad losses so I assume OSU will mean more.

                      But I could be wrong.
