Heart and grit can only take you so far. This coaching staff has not shown the ability to put together something resembling an offense the past two seasons. No spacing, no ball reversals, no kickouts, selfish stupid shots...

Some of that is definitely on the players, but what in the world do we practice?

Big HCIB fan checking in here. This is the first time since he’s taken over that I feel like he shouldn’t be our head coach. The lack of offensive structure and discipline is inexcusable. I truly want him to succeed but he needs to learn and adjust quickly.
