WICHITA STATE is number 5 in the latest NOLAN POWER INDEX (Warren Nolan's own power index). He has WSU as #10 in the rpi.

For comparison purposes Ku is #8 in the NPI, CU is #12 and Kstate is #54.

I think I like this power index!
