  • Derek Brown?

Was it just me or did D-Brown get a little net today? I must be out of the loop cause I didn't think he was a Grad Assistant or anything like that. Is he?
The mountains are calling, and I must go.

I thought that was him as well. The celebration was so disorganized that some that climbed the ladder were met with silence and others got the PA love. I know that Marshall has said that this is not just about the players on this team but those before them too.

I saw Derek Brown cutting down the nets (I was watching from the stands). I wondered why he wasn't being announced so I looked over at the scorers table. The PA guy, Don Hall, was standing thumbing threw some papers and talking to a lady next to him, it was obvious that he didn't recognize Derek Brown and was trying to figure out who he was (to no avail).

Ya, that was DB. There were others he did not recognize as well. He needed to see the numbers or he did not know. To be fair, he was basically looking at their backs.

His first silence was on Armstead and Mitchell, in whichever order. He did call Anacreon after some delay.

Did you all know that Mrs. Beggs had that good and accurate of an arm, tossing the net string right to Dr.Beggs? There are not two classier, friendlier or more special persons on the face of this planet.

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".

A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."
