  • Ohter Scores of Interest - Feb 25 and 26

A good St. Louis team loses at 5-23, 2-11 in the A-10, Rhode Island 62-64.

Just makes the Shocks road record over the past two years, which is the best in the nation, all the more remarkable. It is just not easy to consistently win on the road.

Glad they are giving more credit for road wins in the RPI this year (or at least I think that is the case).

Ubana 59 - @ Chicago State 55 (Sure hope we don't have to schedule CSU again).
Charleston Southern 65 - @Radford 59 (This CSU now 18-11 overall, 11-7 in the Big South)
    UAB 61 - @ Eastern Carolina 57
    Tulsa 73 @ Tulane 69
Mississippi State 50 @Alabama 67 (Jamychal Green not starting but did play tonight)
    Davidson 71 @ Georgia Southern 54

    Not bad.

Tulsa moved into the top 100 RPI (97) and they play @UAB (110) next so I guess we root for Tulsa in that one but their last regular season game is going to be tough for them at home against Memphis. BTW we moved up to 10 in RPI.

The home/road modifications to the RPI was done at least 4-5 years ago.

Looks like the MWC is finding out what it's like to be a league of cannibals, much like the MVC has been over the years.

Cal State Fullerton with a bad loss at UC Davis 75-78. UC Davis had an RPI of #342 going into this game.
