KU vs MU is the last match of two rivals for the conference championship, both in the top 5. WSU has already clinched the Valley and will play Drake. If the WSU story line makes the headline picture on front page of the eagle sports page I would be surprised. Now about this rackasuras Rex...

The WSU game will be the headline Sunday morning. I agree though, #2 would be tops if KU or MU were located in Wichita...or maybe if there was a Big 12 school here period...but since they're not, it's just another game between schools.

I agree. The WSU story has to be the headline on Sunday morning. It is only the 8th time that the Shockers have ever won the Valley regular season title. Who cares about 2 big 12 schools that are 3 hours or more away.

If the Eagle doesn't give the Shockers the headline they might as well move the paper to Lawrence AND I WILL CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.
