Apparently Evansville banked in a 3 at the end to beat Northern Iowa, was really hoping UNI could end the year in the top 50 rpi.

Must have been after the buzzer because ESPN shows UNI won by 2.

Apparently Evansville banked in a 3 at the end to beat Northern Iowa, was really hoping UNI could end the year in the top 50 rpi.

ESPN has UNI winning 62-60. Nolan has UNI winning and moved them to #50 in RPI. Nolan has WSU at 4-3 against the top 50 based on UNI's win.

I will be awaiting further review before I believe who won that game.

It always seems like Valley teams do whatever it takes every year (other than 2006) to hurt the conference as much as possible.

I was hoping UNI would finish in the top 50 also. It would give us 2 more top 50 wins and CU one more top 50 win.

With a 16 rpi and 3 games left, we still have a chance to get a protected seed (4 or better) but UNI moving into the top 50 would really help a lot.

ESPN and Nolan now have UE winning. Nolan still has UNI's rpi at 50, but I expect that will change.

Doesn't help the Shox any, but I needed UE to get that one for my Pic 'Em selection.

That's about 20 points higher than their season average, and a huge factor in winning comfortably the past 3 games. Obviously, this can't be expected to last for the duration, let's hope if and when they regress and begin to shoot their season average, we are still winning the game.
