Indiana and Notre Dame both won this evening.

Davidson beat Samford 81-54. Their RPI now sits at #73.

UAB beat SMU on the road 47-28. You read that correctly.

UNI got a huge road win at UE 62-60 to keep their hopes of finishing in the RPI top 50 alive- *ESPN faked me out on this one. Looks like UE must have hit a 3 at the buzzer to win 63-62. Evansville helping the MVC once again.

Temple leading St. Bonaventure 69-63 with a minute to go.

Tulsa up 1 @ USM with 15 seconds to go. A win puts the Golden Hurricane in the top 100.

Tulsa lost a tough one in OT.

Fullerton (17-7, 9-3) is going to get a nice win at UC Riverside to take control of 2nd place in the Big West

#15 SDSU trailing 54-45 at home to New Mexico

#16 St. Mary's trailing Loyola Marymount 34-29 at home at halftime.

New Mexico on the verge of entering the rankings IMO. The MWC has three really great programs right now in SDSU, UNLV and UNM.

I guess it was a good night for UAB when they were bad and still get a blowout win. UAB was 15-44 (34.1%) from the64.3% field (8-27 from three) and 9-18 (50%) from the line.

But that was sizzling compared to SMU"s 8-46 (17.4%) from the field (3-29 fron three) and 9-14 (64.3%) from the line. And this game was played at SMU.

            UAB outrebounded SMU 44-24.

This had to be one utt-bugly basketball game.

Any truth to the rumor that SMU will be petitioning the NCAA to give the death penatly to their basketball program?

UNM springs the road upset at #15 SDSU 77-67

#16 SMC in big trouble at home, trailing Marymount 60-51 with 4 minutes remaining

Lots of teams in the 15-25 range suffering losses this week. Saturday's loser between SMC and Murray State is going to see their ranking drop like a rock.

Marymount stretches it out at the end, winning by a truly embarrassing 75-60 score on the road at #16 St. Mary's.

Shocks will have some opportunities to climb if they take care of business this weekend.

I'm glad ESPN's marquee matchup is turning into ****.
                  Deuces Valley.
                  ... No really, deuces.

                      #8 Michigan State leading #17 Wisconsin 50-33

#21 FSU dropping a deuce on their homecourt against a really, really weak VT team 40-29 with 10 minutes to go in the game

They are dropping like flies this week.

                        MSU beat Wisconsin 69-55

VT handed FSU the game 48-47 by missing something like 12 of 14 FT's in the final 3 minutes. FSU is still an atrocious team on offense.

Chicago State leads Houston Baptist 36-29 at halftime

LSU picks up a road win at South Carolina 68-58. USC drops to 10-16 (2-10 in the SEC). Can there be any doubt that Coach Horn is gone?
