  • Double Digit Leads

Question for somebody with more statistics access than I have:

How many games this year have the Shox NOT held a 10 point lead at some point during the game? Offhand I can only think of:

    1. One of the Indiana St games (I think?)
    2. at UNI (maybe?)
    3. Alabama

I beleive out of our 4 losses we've held a double digit lead at some point in 3 of them (Temple, Drake, CU). If the above is correct, we've had a double digit lead in 23 of the 26 games. That's a sign of a dominant team. Although I wish we'd done a better job at holding onto some of those...

Twice had a 10 point lead against CU which I wondered about. Never led Bama by 10. Largest lead against Temple was 3.

Twice at Evansville the lead was 10 for a very short time. Largest lead at UNI was 8. Largest lead at Drake was 9-0.

Had a brief 12 point lead at Missouri State.

So they never lead Alabama, Temple, @UNI and @ Drake by 10 or more. Not sure what this means, if anything. Several Valley games we've trailed at half.

This team is really good. I know that.
