Coach Cooper has two nice wins this year over South Carolina and Murray State.

It is unfortunate that home attendance is so poor on balance. Attendance is less than 1,000 for at least one game. Attendance is in the low thousands for several games.

Is this the first year for Coach Cooper at Tennessee State?

I checked the box scores for several of their games and it seems they usually draw between 1000 and 2000 for most games.

So I thought that maybe their home only holds 3000 or so, but then I saw one game against something called "FISK" in which they drew 7000.

I found their online media guide and their home arena holds 10,500. The same as ours.

1,000 people in a 10,500 seat arena can't look very good.

BTW- Their season tickets only cost $80, so there is no excuse for such a small following when their team is having a very good year.
