Not only having the longest arms of any human I've ever seen (or maybe just the shortest waist) . . . Odom is a pretty good player.
So much has been made on the effects of his foot problem this year, I was surprised to see his minutes up from last year . . . all stats up except shooting %.

He is a player. Great basketball IQ and great competitiveness. Why he chose tonight to have his best shooting night of the year I don't know. Seems like we get a lot of teams/players best efforts for some reason. A lot of it may have to do with the great basketabll atmosphere our opponents enjoy at Koch Arena. Something most MVC teams don't enjoy very often.
