BIG man getting some love... didn't realize "The Wichita Eagle" changed it's name?

Though Carl Hall, Toure' Murry and Joe Ragland are the names most known in non-BCS conference households, Garrett Stutz is Wichita State's main offensive option this season. The 7-foot senior is making 63 percent of his two-pointers and has taken the highest percentage of shots among the Shockers (per Ken Pomeroy).
Stutz is also the most recent entry to a notable Wichita State scoring club. In the three games since missing the Southern Illinois tilt with back pain, Stutz has contributed 20 or more points in that time span. Paul Suellentrop of the Wichita Daily Eagle reports the last Shocker to score more than 20 points in three consecutive games was Jason Perez, a feat accomplished roughly twelve seasons ago.
Though Doug McDermott is essentially the conference player of the year, Stutz has been a top performer in his final season. Frontcourt players are key in Gregg Marshall's offense and Stutz has limited his three-point attempts in 2012 (just 19 so far) and has already attempted the most two-pointers in his career.
