One bad stretch by Creighton changed the makeup of the entire league. Wichita State (13-2) is in command after Saturday's road thrashing of the Bluejays (11-4), who've lost three in a row. That 89-68 whipping was additional proof that Wichita State is one of the 15 or so best teams in the country, not just an NCAA tourney sleeper. With three games to play, the regular season title is the Shockers' to lose. Only Creighton can rebound and catch them. But in this competitive league, I think three or four teams are capable of winning the postseason tournament, which is always a wild affair in St. Louis.

News dump indeed. I made the mistake of listening to Bruce and The grouch Thursday and man was I shocked by the grouches negativity towards everything including the valley, wsu, his listeners. I can sort of understand tuning in because at least they do talk about wsu but why anyone would call and subject themselves to their unprovoked anger is beyond me.

Yeah what is wrong with those two. I am about to quit listening to them completely. They made me mad last year when they were about the last 2 guys left in Wichita to get on the NIT bandwagon. They kept poo pooing it all the way until the championship game. Even then Lutz seemed amazed that so many Wichitans were paying attention to the NIT.

Now Lutz the grouch almost seems upset that the Shocks are doing so well. It is hard to believe that he actually graduated from WSU.
