I'd agree on the parking and the beer prices. If the seats are too small, I'd say it may have more to do with your size, rather than the size of the seats. ;) I sit in them every home game and have yet to have a problem. I've never heard anyone complain about the seats before....

By the way, you omitted a complaint that the parking is too expensive (which would be a fair complaint as well...)
        Double facepalm....

As for Row S, I just won't comment.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

You may or may not agree, but I'll share this parking tidbit with @martymoose:, @shox1989: and others who may be headed north. My secret, but not-so-secret parking spot for any and all events at "the Link" is in the ConAgra Foods visitor parking on the north side of Building #1. Enter off of 10th Street, just south of Farnam as you're heading north to the arena and take an immediate left once you're inside the complex.

You can walk to and from the arena (less than 10 min. each way), then drive out the back of the complex to avoid all the traffic headache trying to get out of downtown whether via Dodge or I-480.

Parking at the arena is $7.00n not bad, but the closest lots are reserved for season ticket holders (Lot B and parking garage). That said, there are thousands of on site parking stalls. You can also park for free behind the arena at Ricks Boatyard. It is tough to get out after the game, however. You can also park for free and walk, but that will be three or four blocks away minimum and only if there are spots left.

Beer is also $7.00. They are 20 oz. beers, 24 oz beers if you buy from the yellow beerstand by the south entrance on the main concourse. Those are buy your dad's beers, PBR, Old Mil etc. They used to sell Schlitz there, Schlitz was my favorite. I will have one beer occasionally, but two is a little more money than I am willing to bear.

Come to think of it, it would be handy of the government issued $7.00 bills.

More advice. Do not try to get on the first freeway ramp. It looks like the best option, but it isn't. If you are heading directly back to Wichita, I would reccomend taking 10th Street South all the way to Rosenblatt. Traffic clears out just south of the Old Market and you will get to enjoy the picturesque views of the old Vinton Neighborhood. Please have your sacasm meter tuned in for the Vinton neighborhood comment.

It might help to brush up on your Spanish as well if you take that route....

My wife and I make it a Valentine's weekend, as we have before. Right know we are in 222, but hoping a business connection in Omaha will find a couple of better seats! As for parking etc....we usually get to Omaha and eat lunch on the west side with business friend, then get to the Old Market at 1 or so. We find free weekend parking at the south end and work our way north, stopping to refresh adequately prior to entering the venue. We reverse the route and probably have followed that 10th street way out by accident, to a motel on the west side and meeting friends for dinner. This year, we are planning on staying at the Hilton..$81 rooms on priceline, and finishing the evening at dinner in the Old Market area.

You are way old if you get the Valentine...222 ....hinkey!

You have to do better trivia than that if you want to beat MVJ!

As motioned above...I was being sarcastic...basically taking all the complaints the Intrust Bank Arena haters have had and applying them to other arenas whenever given the opportunity. :D

Nor can they pronounce it. When I called ticketmasters the guy kept saying WITCH-EEE-TAH. But I didn't feel so bad when he also couldn't pronounce Creighton either. I have a feeling the ticketmaster call center is in some place like India.

Ticketmaster works best when you order online. I order online whenever possible.
