We're playing man after misses and zone after makes, but it does seem like pure zone might be in order.

Pretty hard for us to win when DK, DW and BS all play totally putrid. How our 2 and 3 men can't stay in front of the extras from the movie Hoosiers is beyond me.

I agree. This is terrible coaching. It was quite obvious that UNI couldn't do anything against the zone, yet we go back to man-to-man to give them easy layups? Wonderful!


Also, why are we heaving up 3's already? Two in one possession within 10 seconds of each other? I understand they were fairly open, but we're only down 5. We could have worked the defense a little longer.

I swear the coaching is some of the least sensible out there.

I don't. I see the Shox falling down like they are drunk, not from anything UNI is doing. It is madness to keep chucking up 3's when you are not hitting.

I guess the coaching staff didn't have time to watch UNI's second half against Bradley when the Braves outscored them 50-17 over the final 17 minutes after the Braves switched to a zone defense.
