Could Alterique Gilbert play 2 years at Wichita State

Now that we know about the impact of COVID on a players eligibility clock, I was wondering if we might see Alterique Gilbert play 2 in the yellow and black.
Gilbert really only played 2 full years at UConn..
If the Shox go on a run he may get an opportunity that Echenique wished he had under Gregg Marshall... 1 more year to lead the Shockers...
I'm sure he wishes he could play this year in a FULL Roundhouse...

This is a total guess with no side information. However, my guess is that after 3 or 4 years of eligibility used up and 5 years in College (Several with injuries), AG will want to move on to Pro basketball and make some money.

Agree, he will likely move on. However, even without the COVID exemption, AG is a prime candidate to apply for the 6th year.
