So it is the deep off season here on Shockernet and with everything Covid 19/Riots we are in a black hole sports wise. The new Prez has mentioned his desire to tear down Cessna and build a first class track facility that would also be capable of hosting a soccer or lacrosse program. What sport would you like to see added first at WSU? Yes, this is borderline fantasy with the current climate but live a little and vote.

Does the American even sponsor lacrosse? I thought I saw somewhere that it doesn't. If so, that limits options. We could add the program as an affiliate of another league, but I'm skeptical of the AD's desire to start a program outside our conference."It's amazing to watch Ron slide into that open area, Fred will find him and it's straight cash homie."--HCGM

With all the uncertainty of athletic teams and fiscal security I would think it prudent to take a wait and see approach to adding sports at this time. We have 16 which is the minimum number to remain a division one school.. I would rather we stand pat than be like FORMER AAC member ugone and perhaps cutting up to eight sports to try and become solvent.

Referring to Women's NCAA bowling, I don't know all the particulars, but I do know some colleges' women's teams participate in both the USBC (United States Bowling Congress) and the NCAA. Also, USBC Collegiate is the official governing body of the sport and recognized as such by the NCAA, NJCAA, and the NAIA.
