I'm looking at the most recent rpi and am satisfied to see UNI, CU, WSU and Indiana State doing so well. I can't help but wonder where the conference and the non bcs teams would be today if six years ago these teams took the attitude that they would play only in exempt tournaments unless given a fair home and home deal with a bcs team. For many years teams like Syracuse and Kansas have taken advantage of scheduling to build their resume. It looks like we and many other non bcs teams are using the exempt tournaments to our advantage.
KU says it has nothing to gain by playing us. KU has essentiallly nothing to gain by playing 25% of their current home schedule.
