I don't follow twitter, but from the little bit I've gathered from around here, it sounds like Monzy's mom should go have a cup of coffee with Erik Stevenson's dad.

Council Porter Pohto for me.

This .. Plus Dexter for me. .. i know some only focus on his shooting .. I want his defense and leadership back. Those are my must have 4 to bring back plus I'd like to have the redshirts back to give them a shot.

The others?
Mo - Wouldn't hate it but he has to accept a diminished role to get Pohto more minutes. If not, best he goes.
Monzy - Not sure it's gonna click here
Qua - He started falling into his role at the end of the year. We could do much worse than bringing him back with an extra year in the program.
Pleasant - Think we can find someone to fill what he provided really easily with more upside.
Etienne - Only come back if we use him at what hes good at (spot up shooting). Probably best he doesn't come back though ... feels like a Chemistry problem.

I took Council's reply to be like "all love, no bad blood that you're leaving" kinda thing. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I don't understand why he would say "all love" if he wasn't trying to make it clear there weren't any ill feelings. Regardless, probably not enough there to determine if he is staying or leaving in that tweet.

CP, RCIV, KP and the RS players. That’s all that needs to be retained.

I LOVE DD and would gladly welcome him back for intangibles alone, but he still can’t dribble or drive to the basket after four years; shooting keeps going down as well. If he moves on I’d wish him nothing but the best; he’s a first class young man.

If Fr TE or most of So TE came back; definitely. Preseason POY TE, no thank you.

MU can be a solid player, but I’m sick of him being a black hole on offense. There’s no 3-on-1 he doesn’t think he can’t beat. If he can promise to: play inside-out, never take on a double team, accept a backup role to a new player; welcome back.

Everyone else, good luck at your next stop. Thanks for the time and dedication you have given the program.

If we want better players to compete in this league, DD must go. I agree that he is one of the classiest and most well-liked player we have had, but his outstanding defense doesn't even closely make up for his lack of ball handling, get to the rim ability and shooting. Thanks for your service Dex, but get your degree and go do great things in life.

I don't think anyone has insinuated otherwise? Many just have highlighted Dexter ... but highlighting one but not the other doesn't mean Mo isn't a first class young man. Dex just happens to also be the best defensive player in the league .. which many believe is worth enough to counteract his shortcomings. Mo doesn't have that standout ability.
