If hand sanitizer stings when you put it on your balls, it's because the bacteria/fungus that live on your balls have eaten through the outermost layer of ball skin. This process takes 3-5 days to happen.

The digestive byproducts of these bacteria/fungus are what causes that stink, BTW

TL,DR- Shower more often. Your balls won't stink, and hand sanitizer won't burn them.
