Picture started dark and got worse. I can barely see anything its so dark. Anyone else having problems?

Yes, it's a little bit better now though. They need to get new cameras or something. Shockervision is a rip-off.

If anybody finds out a number or even an e-mail post it on here. The more complaints the better. The technology is 20 years behind and high school teams have better camera men. I also can't be the only one who gets tired of the ads that take up the whole screen after a big play when the game is still live. It's not like the service is free!

On the bright side my picture is back to normal (which still sucks).

I would complain more but the reality is that the game stream is better than it was in previous years. They used to spend half the game shoing WSU logos and replays of every basket, which took away from watching us play defense. Maybe next year they can invest in HD.

Well I'm glad I didn't pay for it in previous years. It's just frustrating when the schools we play against have free live feeds with better quality. One camera can't be that expensive. They could probably even work out a deal with a local news channel to use cameras for cheap in exchange for highlights.

Yes, I watched some of EO's games in JC online - their picture was much, much better.

That darkness wasn't camera or broadcast related. It was smoke coming off of Ben Smith who was scorching hot.
