I can quietly agree with the parent who said it might ruffle some feathers if everything that happens internally was made public. And it shouldn't be.

This team has emanated a bad vibe for some time now. I'm not placing the blame anywhere in particular because I don't know enough about what's been going on that has created this, But it is not a good place to be especially at this point in the season. It certainly has not been all that much fun as a fan (or for the players and coaches for that matter) over the last half of the season. Very hard to imagine this can turn around at this point in time but I suppose anything is possible. I'm not betting on that happening but I do still have my fingers crossed.

I wasn’t optimistic about our chances to win this game. There’s a reason it was a coveted win, a road win against Memphis would qualify as a Q1 win meaning it was a tough game.
I hoped that we would play better than we did. Despite the early lead and two or three different come back attempts we weren’t really in the game, imo.
Did anyone have what we could consider a “good” performance? Burton, Sherfied, and Dennis were probably the closest but all had some really bad moments as well.
The majority of the rest were either bad or might as well not have suited up. Stevenson is a lost soul. I wish Fernandes was available.
Memphis had several players hit their average production and a couple who provided more.
All told that’s not a recipe to pick up a Q1 road win.
So, now we have to beat Tulsa on Sunday (not a given) and hope that Houston beats Memphis (would anyone be surprised if they didn’t?) in order to get the AAC tourney bye.
I have very little interest in or knowledge of bracketology so who the hell knows how all that will shake out. It’s obviously not a bad loss but I don’t feel great hanging our resume hat on the “no bad losses” hat stand.
Personally, I won’t even watch the selection show unless we win three more games. What are the chances of that happening? As of right now I would say not great.

Someone mentioned this several pages ago, but seriously Kellen...is it your job to get in the face of Tyson at the end of the first half? Seems like that it shouldn’t be. As whoever said it, you are a GA. Love his enthusiasm, but it wasn’t a good look.
