I’m pretty much over Stevenson this year, he had about a 5-6 game good stretch and that’s been it. He’s become a head case. Jamie has missed about three gimmes underneath along with one from Wade. Eight point blank shots. Weak.

Was the game plan to just shoot 3s??? Out of 31 shots, 19 have been 3s, ridiculous.

From a percentage standpoint, we need to keep shooting 3's. We're shooting 25% from 2 and 26% from 3, which is effectively 39% from 2.

For what it's worth, Erik Stevenson (0-4 so far today, all on threes) has been 23-91 from the field since the game at UConn except for his one bright moment against Central Florida, when he was 11-21. That's essentially half as many baskets in one game as in the other twelve combined.

If I read the stats correctly, Erik's three point shooting has been even worse (as in much worse): 10-55 in the twelve games other than UCF, 5-12 in that one outlier. So (except for UCF), 13-36 from two (.361) and 10-55 (.182) from three. I love lots of things about Erik, and he's certainly not the main culprit today, but those are simply not D-1 numbers.
