The big guys need to be excused from free throw practice.

If he doesn't fix his shooting mechanics it won't make any difference. He needs to correct his mechanics and then pracitce shooting with proper form. Just throwing 500 free throws a day with his current mechanics will only reinforce his bad mechanics. You can't get better practicing bad habits.
