I kinda think 25-27 still keeps us in the running for first place unless Memphis or Houston goes juggernaut on the league. It’s just a feeling but I like our chances to win the league. Going to be a very interesting and fun couple of months with a lot of great matchups. As usual the ability to win road games will be a huge factor. We’ve had a lot of success in that area.

        The WuShock Reaper’s Crystal Ball:
        Oh weave the web of Shocker Light. Wheat and Land, bind us as one throughout the night;
Oh spin your circle Black and Gold, and name the victories to be foretold.

        In the Bank:
Omaha, Texas Southern, UT Martin, Gardner-Webb, Oral Roberts, South Carolina, Central Arkansas, Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, VCU, and Abilene Christian.
That’s 11 wins before the New Year.

        Likely Win = 10:
        ECU (Home)
        Mississippi (Home)
        USF (Away)
        UCF (Home)
        Tulsa (Away)
        Cincinnati (Home)
        Tulane (Home)
        USF (Home)
        Temple (Home)
        Tulsa (Home)

        Maybe Win = 4:
        Memphis (Home)
        Houston (Home)
        UCF (Away)
        SMU (Away)

        Toss Ups = 3:
        UConn (Away)
        Temple (Away)
        Cincinnati (Away)

        Maybe Loss = 2:
        Houston (Away)
        Memphis (Away)

        Likely Loss = 0:
        None!

This will get us to 25 wins with the potential for more.

I think a loss at Memphis, a tossup at Houston, and one more loss (probably Temple away)

Editorial addition: Memphis isn't going to be best pleased with what we offer them at Koch....

Along the way in conference play we'll likely lose a game that we should have won, and won a game that we should have lost.

It's worth noting that this team still has some experience to gain on the road. Road games are hard, and we've played one in an empty barn against a team without their best player.

How do we carry forward our preseason predictions to this thread? Would be nice to see a side by side after the revisions.
