Based on a few comments by Kennedy and TV guys, on a hunch I decided to see if the Ricks kid was from Wichita and had a father named David that played at a Wichita East. He does.

They played like they were playing against a bad HS team. Young players need to realize no matter how bad a D-1 team is, they are still better than most, if not all, HS teams.
