Alabama pulling away from Oakland, 49-34 in the 2nd half. Oakland was picked 2nd in the Summit league and has had solid, competitive teams of late. It is NO surprise that Alabama is led by Green, Releford and Mitchell. This is a 3 man team....and a damned good 3 men.

Purdue has their hands full with High Point. Tied at the under 4 timeout.

Trees win 71-59. Trees without 3 players....Duluony (suspended for a few games), Kitchell (redshirt frosh expected to provide depth) and RJ Mahurin, out with some kind of illness, unknown at this time. Really liked this kid's game last season. I hope the issue isn't serious.

They better get some depth, and fast...Odum is averaging 30+ minutes (as well as others) and that just isn't likely to hold up over a 30+ game grind. Also, playing those kind of minutes against Eastern Illinois and Louisiana Monroe doesn't bode well for more challenging games down the road.

Just happy the Sycamores were able to win that one. Wasn't looking pretty. That would have been a big RPI turd.
